“Unable to open deck:Result of expression ‘r’ [null] is not an object”

I have googled this but I haven’t been able to find an answer that I understand. Is there someone who perhaps has been able to fix this problem and will be kind enough to explain it in English not tech.

Just for info I have tried importing the compressed folders and the .anki file alone. This is the first time that this has happened and it occurred when I deleted all my old anki decks and tried to replace them with new ones.

Please help.

Also, try redownloading the decks too, if they aren’t homemade ones.

I was the TextFugu decks that didn’t and it was like midnight here when I typed that message and it’d been a long day. Although living in Japan you think I’d have caught on.

However this morning I had a brain wave and I loaded the deck into my computer ANKI and then did a few cards before loading it onto my iPod. Talk about feeling like an idiot.

This opens the cards with just the pictures. It won’t load the audio sadly. However this better than nothing.
