    Hi all.
    I’ve just joined to further my Japanese learning. I have been trying for the last couple of months with a couple of books, but this site looked like a better idea, so here I am!
    My ultimate goal is to live and work in Japan.

    Right, a bit about myself. I’m 30, work in retail (have done for a long while), I love movies, music, football, F1 and video games. I love using twitter and thats how I came about tofugu and now textfugu!

    I have a great enthusiasum for Japan and have done for many years. I love the culture and the people – everyone I have the had the pleasure to speak to from Japan has been so friendly and welcoming. I think learning the language is a great extension of this passion!

    I have listerned to a little Japanese music – more j-pop really, but I need to get into the rock side of things. One of my favourite bands are Foo Fighters, so hoping I can find a Japanese version :)

    Hmm not bad ;) Thanks for introducing them to me. I like ‘Red’ ‘Pledge’ and ‘Silly God Disco’ songs as well.

    Great song. Their last couple singles haven’t really been up to par, IMO, so I’m glad to see them coming back with some good stuff. I got to meet them a couple years back at one of their concerts. ;)

    @Armando: See リンディ’s post, and/or the new Exist Trace single titled “True”. Or you could just look up GazettE. Pretty much every one of their songs are that awesome. I just don’t recommend anything of theirs before the 2006 “NIL” album.

    Mr. Taxi!! Heard that before. They are like the Japanese Girls Aloud. Some of the J-pop is quite good.
