I have decided to watch every single anime movie/series that’s in this book but its broken up into different genres, so I’m here to ask which genre I should start on. More info about why I’m doing it this way is here, and images for the book, contents page and index listing is here.

Please help me decide which genre to start on, or even try to read the tiny writing on the index page and choose a specific series.

Dont watch something just for watching it because its on your list or whatever…watch what you want to.

If it’s to complement your japanese learning, try to go with easier ones. But look out for the comedy, I try to watch Gintama and it is FULL of puns and wordplay, so I dropped it to watch it when i’m better.

Also, what I like to do is watch a anime with a story and another with indivdual stories(episodic). So if during a week I don’t have much time I’ll just watch the episodic one and if I have all evening on another night I’ll play multiples episodes of the other one.

I wouldn’t recommend watching a movie just for the sake of it or just because it’s on a list you want to complete.
I’d recommend going through the list and only watching movies you’d genuinely wish to watch and which interest you. Otherwise you’re highly likely to give up on this goal as it’ll become a chore and movies shouldn’t be a chore to watch – they should be entertaining and fun.
