Opinion: I don’t want to ruin it or anything, but I don’t like it, I think its too colorful (the old one was nice and simple) its cramped, and its harder to read (the search is handy though)

Sorry you don’t like it, though – yeah, definitely more colorful, but that was something we were shooting for. Might make the double rainbows less rainbowy at some point, but haven’t figured out what to put in its place (if the rainbows get removed, the balance just looks off to me, so I think something else has to go in there if they disappear).

Not that it’s the most convenient solution, but I always use http://readable.tastefulwords.com/ for sites I don’t like the typography / readability of. Makes things super easy to read! That or instapaper – they both make text almost exactly like old Tofugu text was… Not 100%, but almost.

However, I seemed to be the only one to dislike the TextFugu redesign, so I guess it’s all a matter of different taste. I mean, I even liked the OLD forum better! While this one looks a little better, the thread/post editing options are just as dire, and the old one at least had video/image embedding stuff to compensate XD I guess another reason I don’t like the new forum, is because I have better memories of the old one – it used to be a fairly small group of regular posters, but they barely come on anymore :( I’m on here all the time and they just generally aren’t, and it makes me sad XD I donno, maybe I just like things the way they used to be (most, if not ALL, of the time). I know there’s a TeamSpeak channel, but for one, they never seem to be on when I am, and two… it’s just not the same… XD Ah, man, listen to me ramble…

But as for the site, I don’t really check it out so I wouldn’t know :/
