I would recommend checking if Anki if up to date and re-downloading the decks and if you’re still having problems, you can email me and I can put my IT skills to work :D (I used to work at a computer help desk.)

I’ve gone into browse the actual contents of the deck in the browse section and it just shows a picture of a doc. rather than the radical. It’s like it doesn’t recognise the radical. I’ve downloaded the Japanese support plug in, so I’m really at a loss. It’s probably gonna be something dead simple, and I’m gonna feel very silly afterwards.
I would of course really appreciate your assistance :)

Can you read/write in Japanese everywhere else?
