My name is Leah, and I’m very excited to start focusing very seriously on my Japanese language studies. I’m a young adult who’s never had a really serious career goal, but after much experimenting and false-starting, I believe I’ve finally got a plan.

I’ve somehow come full circle, back to when I was in middle school, and I thought if I didn’t end up with some sort of career in anime or manga, I would up and die of disappointment. Well, most recently, in my directionless searching and stumbling, the many career interest and aptitude tests I’ve taken kept pointing me back toward Interpreter/Translator.
