This is my second attempt at learning Japanese, about 10 years ago I made a halfhearted attempt that I retained nothing from. a lot has changed for me since then and I think I am ready for this challenge.

my motivation for learning Japaneses is pretty straight forward, I have developed an interest in the history and culture of east Asia after the year I spent in South Korea. It would be great if I could learn Korean, Japanese, and Chinese, but that might be a little to much to take in at one time, so I will start with the one I want to learn the most.

also I can watch mah shows with no subs!
