Hello everyone! New Year Resolution for 2016 includes learning Japanese. Japan and the culture (and all their kawaii things) have always been my interest.

My mother is Japanese making me Happa. In 2006 I visited some relatives in Tokyo and promised my uncle that the next time we meet I would be speaking Japanese.

I took 2 semesters of College Japanese and have tried self taught lessons, but with lack of practice and repetition I forgot about 50% of my studies. I am very hopeful that this time around the things I learn will stick with the help of this website and self determination!
