    It’s Halloween at my work today (College) and all of the day-care children are trick-or-treating around so I’ve been eating a bunch of candy and donuts all morning….ugh. :X

    Howdy all,

    Last thing I ate? Well it was breakfast so some toast with applebutter, a fried egg, and coffee. Last night for dinner? Bean/cheese enchiladas.

    To the first one posted, I’m sorry but braised pork bellies sounds like something that would turn my stomach. I have difficulty with some textures and fat is one of them. The only type I can swallow without gagging is bacon when it’s crunchy.

    I made pressed sushi with smoked salmon the other week. I think I might have used too much rice, so it came out a bit big. Tasted like sushi, though.
