Can I just start by saying that the "Howdy, (insertyournamehere)" at the top of the screen for textfugu is amazing? My name's Nate, I live in New Jersey, in the U.S., I'm 24. I took a year of Japanese in college, and left it with an appreciation for a language which, soon thereafter, became a hobby of mine. Now it's become more than a hobby; I guess you could call me an amateur/enthusiast .. as I don't get paid to do Japanese! I do get paid to play guitar though - it's what I studied in school. I play bebop jazz, not that it's very profitable these days. In either case, I've made a new commitment to learning Japanese, so here I am! Btw, if anyone wants to listen to some of my stuff, or are interested in learning a bit about jazz, I have a website / myspace / youtube channel where I put up a bunch of free stuff that's bound to be interesting if you like jazz and/or video game music. Yes, I like video game music.
