Meaning: Jammed In
Inside the hat there are a couple of fins just jammed in there.
To make the memory more vivid, imagine the fins being alive, sticking out of the hat, squirming around. They’re so jammed in there though that you can’t even get them out if you try (and you do… the fins are slimy and you don’t like the texture). Try and try to pull them out, but you can’t because they’re too jammed in.
