Why?

In this chapter, you’ll be learning how to ask questions in Japanese. The reason you’re learning this now is because it adds right on to the ใงใ grammar you learned just previously. In fact, all it consists of is a little add-on that you place on the end. It will teach you how to ask questions (incredibly important) but it will also make sure you’re learning something new that includes past knowledge so that you don’t have to touch anything that’s 100% abstract.
You’ll also be learning the first set of kanji radicals at the end of this chapter. Why? Because you’ll need them to learn kanji a couple chapters from now, and kanji is important so you can read stuff. No fun to be illiterate, I imagine.
