BY WAY OF で
“The Buddhas do but tell the way; it is for you to swelter at the task.” – The Original Buddha
So far we’ve learned the particles は, の, が, な, に, and を (Go through all these in your mind real quick and think about how each is used). Toda we’ll be learning the particle で, which translates out to “by way of.” To put things more simple, で shows us where an action is taking place. There are exceptions to this, but we’ll cover them later on to keep things simple for now.
