Basic Nouns 4
“Losing is not in my vocabulary.” - Ruud van Nistelrooy
Before moving on to the last section, I thought it would be good to take a break from what you’re doing and do something else for a bit. Then, when you’ve done “something else” you can come back and solidify what you just learned. It’s good to take breaks, let your brain process things, then come back to seal the deal. It just helps you to remember things better in the long run, and avoids the effects of “cramming.”
So, before moving on, there are a couple of things I want you to do.
First, download and start going through the next section of the Common Nouns list. You’ll be going through the following ten words:
- くうこう (airport)
- ひこうき (airplane)
- たてもの (building, structure)
- とり (bird)
- さかな (fish)
- にく (meat)
- やさい (vegetables)
- がくせい (student)
- かぞく (family)
- いしゃ (doctor)
Download this deck and import it into your “TextFugu Vocab” deck.
Then, study it and review what you’re supposed to review. When Anki says it’s time to stop go ahead and stop, and then move on to the next page where we’ll review what you learned in this chapter with a little exercise.
