When The Going Gets Tough
“When the going gets tough, the tough get going” - Joseph P. Kennedy

Think of this chapter as a little preview of Season 5. The concepts you’re learning are fairly small and specific (rather than broad concepts, like “adjectives” or “verbs”). This chapter will also have a little bit of focus on vocab (though not quite in the same way Season 5 will do it).
The “concept” you’ll be learning in this chapter has to do with verbs, and will use “stem form” which you learned a couple of chapters ago. It will teach you how to say if something is difficult or easy to do. For example, you’ll know how to say something like “this is difficult to eat” or “kanji is easy to read.” It’s an easy thing to learn, but we’ll use as many previous concepts as possible to keep you practicing.
To start, let’s take a look at all the vocab you’re supposed to be studying! :)
