4-Stroke Kanji, Part 7

“Patience is the key to joy.” - Mevlana Rumi

Before you move on to the kanji, I just wanted to warn you that there is a bit more to the ほしい and たい grammar points. The thing is, you haven’t learned everything you need to know to learn those other things. So, if you see たい or ほしい being used in a different way (besides what you learned just now), don’t worry about it. As soon as you learn the things you need to learn (like て form… and “but が”) we’ll circle back around, learn how to use those things with たい/ほしい and then use that opportunity to review. It’ll be good, I promise.

In the meantime, though, time to focus on your kanji.

You have ten more to learn, so make sure you’ve been reviewing old kanji so learning these new ones will be easier.
