3-Stroke Kanji

“Sweat plus sacrifice equals success” - Charles Finley

Before moving on to the next chapter, you should take a look at some more of the 3-stroke kanji. You should have finished learning and going through the 3-stroke radicals by this point (feel free to read through and review them if you need to), and you’ve done a few of the 3-stroke kanji already. It’s time to take a look at the next set of kanji and learn those.

Before you move on, tackle the next five 3-stroke kanji. Open them up in tabs and then come back here when you’ve gone through them. They are:

Kanji Meaning 音 (on) 訓 (kun)
ground/soil つち
evening せき ゆう
large だい, たい おお
woman じょ おんな, め
child

Then, when you’re done, import the Anki decks for these and study/review. Here’s the 3.2 Kanji Import.

Kanji 3.2

…and here’s the 3-2 Kanji Vocab import (put this one in your “TextFugu Vocab” deck).

Kanji Vocab 3.2

When you’ve imported both these lists and studied them, it’s time to move on to the practice page where we’ll surely use a few of these kanji, if you’re lucky.
