Kanji, 6-Stroke (Group 1)

“If you think you’re too small to have an impact, try going to bed with a mosquito in the room.” – Anita Roddick

Hey! Nice! You’re at 6-stroke kanji. That’s like… one whole stroke above where you wre just a moment ago :D

But seriously, 6-stroke kanji is great and is full of great kanji and words. Finally getting into some of the really common really useful kanji, I think, and it only gets better from here.

So, before you move on, make sure you go through the next 15 (yep, you’ve been upgraded to fifteen!) kanji – learn their meanings, on’yomi, and the “green” kanji vocab. You can do that right from here, or you can head over to the 6-stroke kanji page.

When you’ve finished them all, you’ll want to add this to your TextFugu Vocab Deck.

Ultimate Vocab #10

Number 10! That has to be lucky. This will be the last Ultimate Vocab deck you add this season, so you have a chapter to catch up and get ready for the next one (where we’ll continue Ultimate Vocab some more). There’ll still be Kanji Vocab in the next chapter, but at least you’ll have a slightly less heavy load to deal with. Just be sure to practice every day (possibly several times a day!) in order to move forward consistently. That’s faster and better than moving forward quickly, you know!

By finishing this page, you’ve learned 15 more kanji and you’ve gotten started on some new vocab (or at least gotten them in your decks). Make sure you’re reviewing and learning vocab often!
