Let’s take a look at all these things you’ve learned. You’ve learned the most basic form of te-form, but you’ve also taken a look at how te-form works really well with add-ons (like ほしい). You’ll also be introduced to plenty of other te-form add-ons during this season as well (this season is all about the additions), which means you’ll be seeing a lot more of this as you move forward.
Make sure you know about te-form (the basic one, especially) before moving on. If you need to, just go through your lists of verbs and convert them until you get a good feel for it. It’ll be more and more important the more you know.
Speaking of which, the next chapter is also about te-form, so let’s move right along to that… at least, after you take a look at your next group of kanji.
