Hi, my name is Regina and I live in southern California. I have been drawn to the Japanese culture since I was a child, and now my child shows the same interest. I just returned from my first visit to Japan in April, it was wonderful. However, I know I need to learn to speak fluently to ever even think about trying to live and work in Japan, so that is my motivation to learn Japanese. At the very least, if I learn the language well, I can take my daughter and visit Japan and navigate around the country easily. I hope you all reach the goals you set for yourselves as well.
