    Hm, so I updated Anki in my system, and now I cannot import decks from textfugu. What I did:

    1. Download .zip deck from textfugu
    2. Extract the .zip file
    3. In Anki click “Import File” and select the extracted .anki file
    4. Aaand I get an error saying:

    Selected file was not in UTF-8 format. Please see the importing section of the manual.

    Any workaround?

    Have you tried seeing the importing section of the manual? =)
