I was told to introduce myself many lessons ago, so here I am, finally getting around to that. :P
Anyway, my name is Michael and I greet you all from Pennsylvania. I’m currently going through Season 2 and would like to become at least somewhat fluent with Japanese.Visiting Japan and walking the 88 Temples of Shikoku seems like an adventure I’d love to take someday, but while I am still in high school, I can settle for just being able to watch anime without subtitles or a dub.
I also have a small question; what exactly are ‘reviews’ on Anki, and how do I do them?
Thanks, and I bid you all positive energies!Welcome! I’m a bit intrigued by the 88 Temples Pilgrimmage as well – trouble is, it takes a month or two to do the whole thing properly. =P
Anki reviews are when you re-study cards you’ve already seen. Anki will show them to you again when it thinks you’re ready. Which is to say, come back the next day.
Oh, I know, and I am so hungry for adventure!
And thank you, I just got a little confused when I was told in a lesson to do “reviews.” (Which I have been doing, but didn’t know until know what reviews were.)
