Hi everyone! My name is Stephanie. I’ve actually been a member for a little bit (like a year or so?), but hit some bumps in the road that threw me into a ditch. I’m back now and ready to kick some ass at learning Japanese from the very beginning! (That’s PG-13, right?) I’m changing majors to political science (and hopefully international studies as a second major) with a minor in philosophy and want to do some kind of work in Asia.

At first I was learning Japanese so I could teach English there, but now I’m doing it mostly so I can learn as much about the culture as possible and because I’ll need a second language for the international studies program at my school. I’d like to learn Mandarin and Hangul in the future as well (maybe Cantonese if I feel really ambitious).
