Hi!

I’ve been self-studying Japanese for a few years now, but I never got very far with it (I would do too much at once and then crash and burn!). I want to learn because I love manga.  I finished Season 1, and I’m really excited about TextFugu! I like the real-life advice and the way I don’t get too much thrown at me at once. Also, I’m surprised and happy that we start studying kanji so soon.

Along with TextFugu, I’m using My Japanese Coach DS, which really helped with learning to write hirigana.
