I was reading this forum post (http://www.textfugu.com/bb/topic/the-secret-to-improving-your-listening/) having a brother with an ipad was wondering how do you change your location to Japan to listen to the podcast. You can probably tell I suck when it comes to apple products because I use Linux and Windows. The help is greatly appreciated.

This may have to be done on a computer, though, rather than the iPad itself.
