Hi Textfugu forums!

My name’s Will, I’m from Lancaster in England and I’m 24.

I finished studying Music Technology at University three years ago, and since then I’ve felt like I was missing out on something in my life. I figured I’d try learning something new, and Japanese seemed like a great choice. I’ve always had an interest in a lot of the technology and art coming from Japan, but never had that much background knowledge, so I thought what better way to immerse myself in the culture than by learning the language! And at the same time I’m learning new things and keeping my mind active.

I’ve been through the first season and already I feel less like a vegetable/zombie/automaton from day to day, so I guess it’s working. =D

I’m looking forward to continuing my studies and hopefully getting to know a few of you on here as well!
