    “C: >Users> Documents> Anki> User1> collection.media” should be like sth like this. just run search and type “Anki”. There should be a folder named “Anki” which is not created by you, by the program itself.

    I guess you did everything as Koichi told you to, and your audio is still not working. I had the same problem as you till yesterday. When you download the Anki files from the site and unzip it, you probably put in into the the folder you created. But you should also put “the .anki file and the media files” into Anki’s “collection folder”, the one Anki itself has created, too. “C: >Users> Documents> Anki> User1> collection.media” for me, it worked perfectly well like this. hope it works well for u too

    Yo, thanks for the answer! I saw that some people want to chat in English, so I can put an advert in English like you said, since it’s not my native language, killing two birds with one stone. But it makes sense, I guess I will put an advert when I’m better in Japanese.
