Not sure if this thread is still alive but I’ve been playing Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch on PS3 and I think that would be a good one to look into. It’s rated E10+ (everyone 10 and up). Most of the dialog (I read the English subs) is very simple so i imagine the Japanese is about the same. It’s made for 10 year olds after all. I’ve been playing for over 19 hours and I think I’m going to switch to Japanese audio soon. Just for fun. I consider myself a beginner in the language so maybe just listening more will help.

oh yeah, good point. i will have to look at different fonts to find one that looks right. it will be on a scroll so i would want it to look hand drawn with the handwritten style rather than a computer printed-out style.

Yes. All of the files are correct. Turns out if I click the repeat audio button, it plays just fine. But it seems like that shouldn’t be right.

Actually, yippy, I am having troubles. I installed the Google IME but don’t know how to use it. Like where and how to turn it off or on… then again, I didn’t look into it much. Just a little lazylast night after work.

Thanks everyone for the kind replies! Hippy, why would my name translation be wrong? Or what would you say Kyle is? And as for the OS I use for my computer its vista. But I do use the Google Japanese input beta for my phone.
