@ Bbvoncrumb – Sweet, I guess you must be pretty fluent by now then? Can I ask why you learnt Japanese? Yeah, when I first went over in 1999 we were there in September and it was extremely hot and muggy so I know what to expect. Just happened to be the only time we could get away from work. Will defo give a blog a shot :)

How did you update your blog while you were there? I want to be able to access the internet, but not too keen on paying Vodafone NZ’s hideously expensive roaming rates so I’m trying to figure out the best/most reliable way to get online.

Hey Joel! We head off on the 31st August for 11 days (wish it was longer)… I will be taking a mammoth amount of photos haha, I’m prolific with my camera! Will make sure to post up a blog when I get back :)
