i feel like a broken record :/ cuz now i cant import sentences 3, i try opening and saving it and either way, winrar says the file is damaged :/
i figured out that i had to open the download instead of save it. but thank you for the tutorial! it helped :)
again, the japanese plugin issue is because the mac tutorial is different from pc. should i try downloading anki 2?
well that problem is solved but now i can’t download the japanese plugin for anki. and i am having trouble downloading the first sentences deck. i try to extract the files but i get a error message

Thank you! there is a collumn for kanji and the kana. that’s why i didnt recognize some of the kana cuz of katakana. ok! thank you! i’ll copy all of it even though i dont know the kanji or katakana. but thanks for understanding my cryptic message! :)
Thank you so much! Yeah I know all about the garbage those people have done to the Japanese people. I absolutely hate it, why anybody would smear the military and the u.s.’s reputation like that to an entire country I do not understand. They are terrible people, I wouldn’t put it past some guys I know in Okinawa that don’t like being there :(
