Yes.
They’re coming up as katakana? You’ll learn that too.
Persistence. Patience.
Those little victories are fantastic.
Thanks Joel.
Thanks Joel, that’s good.
My little friend へ again!
Only as you brought it up, & TF seems to have abandoned him, how does へ differ from に?
Thanks K-man.
It is also says で can be used to indicate when things happen:

I’m unsure how this differs from how に indicates when things happen.
Poor little guy….
は vs が the endless battle…..I often get contradictory は/が corrections on Lang-8, seems the Japanese are confused too.
Congratulations missing.
With the improved Anki2/mobile I think I’ll definitely be able to do more study every day!
Anki2 is well good.
Joel – I think that’s a common trap, as soon as you hear a word you don’t know you focus on that, next thing you know the whole sentence has flown by and you’ve missed most of it.
Talking with a friend I found if they said a word I didn’t know I just let it go. That way I got to focus on the rest of the sentence and work out the overall meaning.
Borrowed English words can be quite popular, go with it (in katakana).
Good luck.
It’ll be worth it.
