I tried RTK for a month but switched to WaniKani, I think that having to type the answers is better for me than saying if I remembered something or not the RTK way.
I just open them up in photoshop then type my answers.
Just to drag up this old thread but also in this section, the worksheet on にくい/やすい gives examples using the はparticle where I’d expect to see the を particle, e.g
さしみ は たべやすい

Thanks, every bit of knowledge helps, by the way when I try to play the video it says it’s private.
One other thing is there any when reading text to be able to tell where one word ends and the next starts other than amassing vocab and doing it by recognition.
Well she is definitely one of the tallest in the group as missing can attest to being the resident AKB expert.
This is the song 上からマリコ, I guess it’s something to do with her being tall.
What is から anyway, I’ve seen it in a song title and didn’t know what it means?

Are you wanting to actually buy things or just download free podcasts in which case you don’t need a Japanese account?
While were talking about season 5 I noticed that one of the audio files doesn’t match the text in either the first or second chapter.
There are some mentioned in this thread, http://www.textfugu.com/bb/topic/the-secret-to-improving-your-listening/, you have to change your itunes store to Japan to be able to find them first though.
Following Clement’s suggestion I’ve just finished watching 日本人知らない日本語, I found myself understanding more of what was being said as I went along. I’ll miss the characters now it’s finished so will probably watch it through again now that I’ve got a bit more vocab under my belt.

I finished season 4 yesterday and have just made a start on season, I’ve been noticing the word じゃない a lot lately in the things I’ve been watching/listening to and within a couple of pages of season 5 I now know what it is.:-)
Thanks everyone, I wasn’t using google to do the translation just to get the audio, it was when I saw the translation in the box at the side that it threw me.
